Jenni is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 18 years of healthcare experience. After spending nearly 10 years as a registered nurse, she pursued advanced practice nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Her extensive bedside experience, combined with advanced clinical training, allows her to provide compassionate, personalized care focused on helping patients look, feel, and live their best.
As a proud Arizona native, Jenni is deeply committed to the health and well-being of her community and has built a strong network of trusted healthcare and wellness professionals throughout the Valley. Based in Scottsdale, she brings her passion for health, beauty, and personalized care to RADI8 Aesthetics & Wellness, where the focus is on helping each patient achieve their optimal state of wellness from the inside out.
Jenni is also a licensed aesthetic injector with a passion for delivering precise, natural-looking results.
Outside of RADI8, Jenni enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and dogs. She loves hiking, exploring Arizona's beautiful outdoors, and embracing the active lifestyle that inspires her passion for health and wellness. She looks forward to partnering with you on your journey to optimize your health.

Bella is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician that is truly passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered. Bella completed her aesthetics training at Avalon Institute and laser training at Penrose where she graduated with the Highest Services Award in recognition of her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to client care. Outside of the treatment room, she loves embracing life’s adventures. Whether she's discovering the latest fashion trends, attending live music events, exploring new restaurants and experiences with friends, or enjoying a great comedy show, she is always looking for ways to stay connected. She also has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys spending time in nature, hiking scenic trails, and soaking up Arizona’s incredible sunsets. Her love for beauty, wellness, and living life to the fullest inspires the care and energy she brings to every client experience.

Gracie is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable right away, always greeting everyone with a smile and ready to help however she can. Whether you’re checking in for an appointment or just have a quick question, she makes sure things feel easy, smooth, and stress-free.
She’s currently working toward her nursing degree, balancing school and work with a lot of dedication. When she’s not busy with that, you’ll probably find her out on Arizona’s trails, or spending time with her family, friends, and a well-loved mix of dogs and horses.
Gracie brings a genuine, down-to-earth warmth to the team, and it shows in the way she cares for every person who walks through the door.
