Based in Scottsdale, Jenni brings her extensive expertise in health and beauty to Radi8, where the focus is on helping each patient achieve their optimal state of wellness. Jenni believes in a holistic approach to health, understanding that true beauty radiates from the inside out. Arlee Maracigan has always been a desert girl at heart — and that’s where her love for skincare began! Growing up under the Arizona sun taught her the value of healthy skin. Battling acne in her teens and after becoming a mother experiencing hair loss and melasma, Arlee discovered the benefits of healthy, vibrant skin.
Arlee’s journey sparked a passion that led her into the world of medical aesthetics, where she now shines as a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She loves helping others feel comfortable and confident in their skin, combining the latest laser treatments and advanced skincare to create glowing results.
Arlee is beyond excited to be part of the Radi8 Wellness and Aesthetics team.

Gracie is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable right away, always greeting everyone with a smile and ready to help however she can. Whether you’re checking in for an appointment or just have a quick question, she makes sure things feel easy, smooth, and stress-free.
She’s currently working toward her nursing degree, balancing school and work with a lot of dedication. When she’s not busy with that, you’ll probably find her out on Arizona’s trails, or spending time with her family, friends, and a well-loved mix of dogs and horses.
Gracie brings a genuine, down-to-earth warmth to the team, and it shows in the way she cares for every person who walks through the door.
