Our membership-based healthcare model offers simple, transparent pricing with no insurance billing or hidden fees. Members receive direct provider access, allowing for more convenient communication, longer appointments, and a more personalized care experience. Patients can still use their insurance for services such as lab work, imaging, specialist visits, urgent care, emergency room visits, and hospital services.

Billing & Cancellation:
Memberships will be billed monthly on your enrollment date if not paid annually. There are no refunds once committed to services. I do not accept health insurance but you may choose to use insurance for imaging, screenings, & referrals. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with 24 hours notice. Patient’s are subject to a $50 cancellation charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for missed sessions.
